Question 1: I am having difficulty in viewing the test clearly on my screen
Ensure your computer monitor is adjusted to :
Windows and Linux: Press Ctrl and + or -
Mac: Press ⌘ and + or -
Chrome OS: Press Ctrl and + or -
Question 2: If using IE
Then please ensure that the version you have is greater than IE 7.
Question 3: I am unable to log on to the test
Please use the password secured only via our website to log in. If you are copying and pasting this password to log in, then ensure that there is no space added to it inadvertently either before or after the password. Also note that the password is case sensitive.
Question 4: How will I get my report?
Please note that the report will be emailed to you only upon receipt of the payment. The payment information is elicited from you at the end of the test. Unless you are sponsored by an organization to take this test, please fill in the payment details.
